Particularly good location, really helpful staff, neat beds. My standard queen room was non-smoking, I really enjoyed it. The staff did all they can for a great stay. I found eggs, cereals and bacon to be yummy. There was a stunning restaurant, supermarkets and the shops next door. Fine drinks at snack bar, incredible service...

Many things to like: affordable food, absolutely perfect staff, fine bed. Standard king room was very common. We enjoyed bacon and eggs at breakfast. Brilliant location to arawa park racecourse.

I loved this not expensive hotel, great value. Polite staff and excellent swimming pool. The location was very suitable, just a pleasant stroll away from polynesian spa. The beach nearby was secluded and the view was superb. Rooms were breathtaking and regular double.

Everything at this hotel was nice. Just a 15-minute stroll to the centre. Being just walking distance from Atrium Restaurant was nice, we had dinner there😃

Overall, it's reasonable base for exploring Rotorua attractions. Really loved staying at the large triple room. The property's location is marvellous. The continental breakfast was included and had a great selection of food. Good value for the area.

You can also visit Boulevard Restaurant that offers excellent meals. The pool was a bonus for relaxing. Located within a walk to Lake Rotorua, which is about 700 metres away. We liked staying at four canoes.

Good sized rooms. Urbano Bistro served dishes within 400 metres off the hotel. Location, a short walk to all attractions.
